It is important to have plans and goals in life but don't read into it too much as it may cause unnecessary stress or disappointment. It's great to have a certain level of expectations as long as they are realistic, otherwise you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Just enjoy life and take it as it comes and make the most of all opportunities. Life is short, you have to enjoy it.

Kinda of hard to do unless you are making plans just for yourself. If you are making plans with another in mind, it might be wise to consult with them. If you truly have no expectations then you are blessed. Most people have some kind of expectations. It really depends on who you are dealing with. If you do and he/she doesn't your relationship is gone no matter what.

Nothing is wrong with that. Sometimes making plans but expect too much of yourself makes it even harder.
