I dont know but of course they arent accountable for their actions. Apparently its ok to harass someone when they are trying to give a performance. Im not a fan of the comedian or of the Seinfeld show and its former characters but I do think Richards wasnt the only jerk in this.

They told him that he wasn't funny. That dude has some serious issues to snap off like that. He say he ain't a racist? C'mon! You just don't build racial hatred like that overnight! Had to be in dude already. He's probably not the first celebrity to be a closet racist and i'm sure he ain't the last! And what is dude with the 1st answer talking about? Dealing with a heckler is part of a comedian's job. I'm sure that wasn't the 1st heckler that he ever dealt with. There are several others ways for a comic to rank on somebody who's getting on their nerve(looks, shoes, clothes. etc) but to go on a angry racial tirade and degrade another man's race like that is disgusting. And anyone who condones this or makes excuses for this dude is just as much a racist as he is! All i can say is that he's lucky he didn't get himself killed!

The story I'm hearing is that the men weren't really heckling. They were just being very loud. Either way, as a comedian, i would think once in a while you'll get people who don't find you funny or may heckle your act. To go off and say such offensive things, not just calling them the "n" word but saying things about them hanging from trees and such. That's uncalled for.

I wish I knew too. Can you imagine if a black comedian did that to some white folks? It'd be another Rodney King; people complaining that the white folk insulted the black man. I think society is too delicate, especially to blacks. What happened to freedom of speech?

Some guy said, "My friend doesn't think you're funny..."
That's what they said on Good Morning America yesterday, anyway. There was probably more to it of course.
