Neither one is smarter than the other. The only way someone is smarter than someone is if they choose to learn and pay attention in class. Everyone is as smart as they want to be. No one else can choose for someone how smart they will be.

Guys tend to be smarter (develop faster) up to around 9 years old after that, females become smarter. Guys never catch up again. I think. But you better ask a female. She'd probably have a more intelligent answer.

I covered this topic as English Oral Corsework, and my class argued loads!! But in my opinion I think Girls are smarter at schoo because they concentrate more thanboys, because boys r generally morw immature. But after school , boys mature & tend to catch up with girls in cleverness. Its been proved by MALE scientists that men hav a higher IQ but I think this is biased coz girls aren't reaslly gonna care about questions aske din IQ test.
I think men & women are smarter in different topics, like for men they're much smarter in more practical topics but women are more able to think things through, and r better in emergencies. I think thats why men are better in like maths & science & woodwork & that at school, but women are better at english & ICT in school.

I do not think you can generalize one way or the other--it depends on the individual, not what is between his or her legs.
