Soemtimes when i try sleeping, it would feel like im falling down out of the sky and it would scare the crap out of me and wake me up.

yup. when I'm falling asleep I feel like I'm falling off a cliff and my feet jerk. It's awesome! It's like bunjee jumping except you're already safe.

Yeah i got that feeling sometime. It's like I'm dreaming that I'm falling from my bed or something and I'll wake up with a shock.LOL

Yes, I have had that happen, and each time, I am falling in a different way--like off of a curb, out of a chair, or out of the sky, as you mention.

i used to get those all the time. then about 11th or 12th grade, i started having dreams in which i can fly all the time. i never had a falling dream again. i just always know i can fly. i hella hope i never start sleep walking

Yeah, it's frightning.
The worst is when I'm almost asleep and I suddenly think I'm falling and then my legs do a huge twitch. My husband is always like "um, you okay?".

yes something but that feeling leads to me hiting the floor because my husband was having a bad dream and was kicking in his sleep...lol

yup... used to have that feeling all the time.. I was beginning to believe that I was having OBEs' ...... out of body experience !!! it realy was that bad... or good.... not sure which....... God bless
