Run a search on Download.com for "AVG Free edition" download it, update it and run it. The good thing about AVG is even if it doesn't get rid of the Trojan right away, there's a good chance an update will be along within a week that will take care of it.

Well do you have an antivirus now and firewall? If you do, try using them to remove it or quarantine it. They may not work because sometimes things block them or infect them or shut them off. My first goal would be to find out where it's located, what files did you find out it was in? How did you find out? I'm thinking you have an antivirus protector? I would need more details because if you have antivirus, it's possible you missed an update that would have removed it, if not you need an antivirus, I can help you more personally if you give me more info.
