Is there any way to convert a USB cable to a ethernet cable?

Im experimenting with something i need to know if this is possible...and were can i get one of these...

Sure... but why would you want to? Just grab some ethernet cable (like CATV), it is cheap! Then you'll have an extra USB cable to use.
