Well, I'm nearsighted so I cannot see at least 3 feet in front of me. I need to wear glasses to watch tv, look at the chalkboard, watch movies in the theaters.....

I can see near but not far. Things that are far I can get a visual of what the item might be not able to clearly see what it may say. I love my glasses and contacts. Thank god for them!

While growing up I had 20/20 vision and could see as far or as close as anyone. But, after I turned 40, my close vision has gotten bad. I cannot read up close without my glasses.

Without classes everything becomes blurry after about 1 foot but I can still see shapes and colors just not small details or words.

Without my contacts... the world disappears. From three feet I could see your eyes... at 5 feet they'd completely disappear. I'd really like to have laser surgery...

I am legally blind in both eyes. I am nineteen and a half. I can't see a foot in front of me without it being hazy without glasses.

It depends on many things. Most people can see

100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles away atleast. All of thoes galaxies...
