First off in order to get the handcuffs to the front you need the opportunity. Cops will put you down if you try to do this while they are watching. Secondly if you do this and then get away, what would you do if you saw somebody running down the street in handcuffs? You'd call the cops. Then there is more, it would be tough to drive a stick shift in handcuffs, tough to climb, tough to change your shirt. They would slow you down and make you stand out. If you don't believe me, try throwing a punch while keeping your hands within three inches of each other.

lol when i read this i thought you meant the other use of handcuffs, not everyone can step through handcuffs especially if the cops arresting a fat drunk dude, and if you could step through them the cops not gonna give you enough time

If an officer puts them on you right, you normally can't do that. And honestly, in the heat of the moment, most people are either too freaked out to try that, or they simply want to get the whole thing over with.
Why, exactly, are you in handcuffs, and why, exactly, are you trying to escape? ;)

i no huh. you're able to do this. yet no longer all and sundry can extra healthy thier handcuff thourgh thier butt. and in the event that they attempt to try this on law enforcement officers it, it takes time. so they are going to already seize you in the past you end steping over it.

easier said then done. its not easy to do that but the your hands are still together witch still makes runnign or fighting hard. and if a police officer is right there u wont be slipping them in front

Everyone can't do that. LOL! And I don't imagine, that if a Policeman put them on a person, that he would stand there and let them step though.

You need long arms and loosened shoulder joints.
