You can't do it naturally. Cosmetic surgery is the only way to reduce your band and cup size without taking weight from another area.
You are looking at loosing 10" from your rib cage area and 10" from your actual bust. Remember that a cup size is the difference in inches from your chest to your bust. You can't change one size without changing the other. So if your band size went down to a 32, but your cup size stayed the same, you wouldn't be a 32C, but a 32J. So you are looking at weight loss from your torso and your breasts.
Targeting the area wouldn't do you any good either. While many ads say that you can "target" your arms, waist, hips, etc... with their machine/program, you can't avoid weight loss from other areas. In reality, targeting does pay special attention to the area, but it's the muscles you are working there. So while you may see a more drastic weight loss in that area, you are burning calories overall. Which means that the excess fat can come off in any area, not just the one you are working on the most. If you have excess weight in one area, you have it in others. So you can't really control where the fat comes off, no matter how hard you try.

You can't. You would need to lose 10 inches off your chest. You cannot isolate weight lose like that. Also, since your a 'C' now, if you drop the 10 inches, you will most likely drop a cup size as well. You would end up as a 32B. But you would still look great, because along with the 10 inches from your chest, you would have also lost 10 or more inches from your waist, hips & thighs!!!
Go for it!!!!!

You can't without liposuction or removing a rib!
And if you lost weight from your ribcage, you would probably also go down in cup size. You do realise that the band size does not refer to the measurement around your breasts, but your rib cage measurement. It's just people here are recommending breast reduction surgery and minimiser bras, this will reduce your cup size, not your band size.

You could lose weight or get lipo to try to change your band size. A breast reduction or minimizer bra is not the answer because they only change cup size.

Very simple. You can purchase "Minimizer Bras". They are bras that minimise the actual size of your breasts making them look a little smaller than what they really are.
They look great when you go on a job interview because you don't want to appear like you want to get hired just because you have a nice chest but because you have great talents and abilities.

one way would be to have a breast reduction. you should talk to your family doctor first before you do anything. maybe he/she could recommend a way to lose weight in your chest area without surgery or harming yourself!! good luck!
