My monthly cycles arent really that regular and I heard that going on birth control makes your cycle regular. How true is this?

HELL YES..seriously the only reason I am still taking it after 25 yrs...also cuts the period down..
After about 6 months it will be just like clockwork..and I mean "Weds at 3p I'm going to start, and end saturday at 10a"

I don't know if it does for everyone, but it did for my grand daughter and also helped her with cramps. It's worth a try.
