I second that. The Sims 2. You can do lots of different things with lots of different families. Have affairs, have a million children, fight people, kill them, etc.
I also enjoy Age of Empires II. You can go through campaigns or scenarios or create your own.

That's a loaded question... some will say "simms" but the real question is "What do you like to play", which only you can answer!
Do you like RPG (Role Playing Games) or do you like simulations, arcade, board games, card games...etc.
There is much to experience and you have to figure out what you like before you can ask a general question such as this.

It depends what you like to play. Racing, role playing, strategy? Your best bet would be to check out www.gamespot.com and look at their computer games and go off the rating given for each game...
