Ha, to think I wanted to be a lawyer.

The funny thing is, I switched to wanting to be a physicist, then an education administrator, then back to a lawyer.

So, I'm in undergrad right now and plan to head off to law school. It's really weird that something I thought was cool at age 10 is what I'll probably end up doing.

Maybe you wont believe it, but I have no reason to lie. When I was 10, I wanted to work in the Stock Market on Wall Street. And guess why, since I was little I've always loved money!!!! Well, not just that, maybe it was the perspective of working making deals and business. Though I wasnt quite sure of what could really mean to do that, of course, my mind couldnt get it at that time.
Well, it hasnt come true, because I havent finished high school. But actually what I want right now is doing a major in Accounting and Finance, so it has to do with my childhood's dream but it wont be the same of course. At least I can say that I've always been really focused, dont you think?

Bye, and good question!!!

When I was 10 I wanted to either be a doctor or a teacher. Now that I'm 43 I'm working towards a degree in Human Resources. But in my line of work, I will do training of new hires and to help people obtain benefits and design training programs. So, in a way, I will become a teacher!

Just so you know, most people change their minds several times as an adult. So a ten year old will probably change their mind as well.

I wanted to be a teacher (and still do) even though I am 42!

Since I cant afford to go back to school, I volunteer to help with litercy programs and read books to kids at a library so I guess for me it did come true - even if I am not paid for it with money - I am rewarded anyway...

I don't remember exactly at what age I wanted to teach, but yes that came true. :)

I also wanted to be a firefighter. That one has not and probably will not, but who knows? :(

The other thing I wanted to do was to be a minister and missionary I have been doing some ministry work, and I guess I'm a missionary at home, but what else the Lord will do with me remains to be seen.

I don't believe I was writing at 10, but I was daydreaming stories pretty heavily. I found out when I was 14 that I would be a writer and here I am.

When I was younger, I wanted to make mannequins and at 10, I decided to be a writer. My writing skills aren't good enough to make a living off of. I'm studying anthropology and writing is sort of a secondary dream.

There is not anything about me that remotely resembles what I thought, talked about or wanted at 10 years old. In fact, by twenty, I had much better ideas.
