Here are a few online sites which explain and give examples of notation for the Bodhrán and the Harp:

BODHRÁN WISDOM
There are almost as many notations for recording Bodhrán drumming as there are drummers drumming

Bodhran Notation
Formalized notation is necessary for instructors and students to be able to communicate specific sticking exercises and for professionals to be able to transcribe their own parts and those of others.

Description of Bodhrán-Notation: The Notes

Composing For The Harp
This article gives you some basic knowledge about the harp and how to write for it.

Harp Notation
Because of the unique characteristics of the harp there are elements of the notation which are different, but essentially the harp is notated on two staves like the piano

To notate the harp is easy, just the same as you would a piano or any other instrument in musical notation. Its probably easier just to use the one clef though. Depending on the sise of the Harp. 22 string or less probably just use one clef. Any more than that use two.

The Bohran is slightly more difficult, but there's always been a bit of a debate of how to notate drums. My advice would be to write your rhythm on a single line and use a normal note with a cross rather than a dot. Basically just use any different symbols you can think of to show the difference between using the stick or yor hand etc...

I'm saying all that assuming you have a general understanding of musical notation?

Hope it helps ^_^
