I just realized that I'm in love with my best friend!! What do I do!? He is so nice, so I told him, and he kinda shrugged it off, but i'm so maddly in love!!! I'm so ugly, and he's not a looker, but he's so sweet!!! What do I do?? I want him to love me like I love him!! I'm so sad by it, and confused! Pls help me!!

Hey may have shrugged it off because he didn't know what to say or he may have never entertained the idea of you guys being an item. It is good you put it out there so he can think about it.
But try to take it easy if he doesn't reciprocate right away. And, if he doesn't eventually return your feelings I would keep some distance from him so that your feelings for him can cool down.
