my family is actually baking a turkey and frying a turkey this year!

Usually baked and fried, but something different this year. Smoked. By a real smoker, not a commercial thing.
The only thing I will miss is not stuffing it.
We will make a pan of dressing and all that, but no stuffing and no gravy. OMG Surely we will have GRAVY!!!!Somehow, some way - we WILL have gravy......
