You should start being yourself if that is what you want. If you lose everyone you have you will gain back more by being yourself.

this is what u should live by-----be yourself. cause those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. stop being someone else. have true friends for who u truly are.
trust me, i know you will get a lot of answers for this question, but i can gaurentee u mine is good, i know this from life exprience! im in 8th grade right now, but when i was in 5th grade, i was considered a "nerd" and i kept trying to be someone i wasn't. i finally had a break down in the principals office and just screamed. i couldn't take it anymore. so at the end of the year, my parents moved me to a new school. when i got to the new school i could be myself. i came home with so many friends on the first day. people accepted me for who i was. just remember "be yourself, cause those who mind dont matter, and those who matter dont mind." just be yourself and u will have friends for who u truly are, and if the friends that u have right now leave u, than they aren't really true friends, aren't they?

If your 'friends' don't like the real you, then are they worth your time of day? No. I'm fifteen years old, I have friends that understand the real me. I would never be a fraud to fit in. But that's just me. I never had a problem with being unpopular. None of the other girls dared tease or pick on me. One skank made that mistake and got her a** handed to her. Just be yourself. I'm outspoken and unique and my friends appreciate that.
If your afraid of being different, then thats something you just have to deal with. Believe me, I've been different my whole life. Other girls my age want to be popular and fake. My best friend is gay, I don't care but other ppl think he's a freak. He is who he is. I'd rather be myself, to me thats as cool as you can get.

Just be yourself no matter who you are.If your friends don't like it, they're not real friends. You'll make better friends by being yourself.I hate to be like others and be who I'm not and even though people tease me because I'm different I fell alot better than trying to be someone I'm not.

Just start out slow. Don't immediately change who you are... then you might be judged. Just change things about yourself once in a while. Find out who you want to be that characterizes your inner soul. Good Luck.

Since you didn't really tell us much about your problem, all I can say is be who God made you. That's all you can do. Don't go around trying to impress people, because it's such a wast of time and life. Friends, family, whoever, should like and accept you for you. ok?

Be yourself. First of all, you won't lose everyone you have. You may lose a few but they weren't your friends to begin with. You will develop (and keep) friends that will appreciate you for who you are. Shakespeare was right. . . "to thine ownself be true".
It works! and it WILL work for you.
