I don't have a political party. I listen to the candidates, I review what they have done in the past, I research what bills they voted for or against, I don't listen to smear campaigns, I could care less about sexual scandals, and I don't jump on a bandwagon. I vote for the individual I feel is best qualified for the position.

At one time I was a Democrat but dropped my party link because there were too many people in the party (in Washington) that I did not care for. I never became a Republican but voted Republican occasionally when the person I was voting for seemed to be the right choice. I am now in the middle between the Extreme right and Extreme left and continue to vote for the right person that I feel will be the best Representative of my state and country.

My party is the BEST Independent// we vote for the man ,not the party. Both parties have BAD people in them.Take Foley . He is no longer in Washington but he is still a Republican. Take Reid He should have resigned (as Foley did ) because of his shady money deal but the Democrats promoted him. That is why you vote the man not the party because with the party you have to take the BAD with the GOOD.

I will not now or ever blindly endorse any one party. I can think for myself and have a mind. All of those who consider themselves democrat or republican will always vote along party lines, if they don't their loyalty is questioned. I am conservative, but not republican. I believe in less governmental control over my life is what is best for me. I have a brain and I am responsible for what happens to me in my life due to the decisions I make. For those who simply say one party or the other, it is a matter of the blind leading the blind. These are the people who are too easily manipulated and will believe whatever that party leader screams at them, in other words... Lemmings.
I have thumbs down because this hit a nerve. Sorry, keep following your Bush is a liar, Clinton is a rapist, the lesser of two evil mentality.
