If it is at the very back of the motor I would suspect it is either a freeze plug,head gasket or possibly an intake manifold gasket.

No such thing as a leak,it's a loss of containment.
The best way to check is to pressure test your cooling system this will tell where the leak is,I suspect it will be a Welsh plug rusted.

i own a repair shop,and it could either be an intake gasket or a freeze plug gone bad in it or a heater hose leaking on it,any of these will show up,an you must narrow it down before it can be repaired,,good luck i hope this help,s

Probably a rotten frost plug. Could also be a crack but usually is the frost plug. Hope this helps!! It could also be a head gasket!!
