there isnt just one greatest anything, so stop trying to put one above another, thats what gets all this hatred and war going.

I would have to say it is usually what you are used to unless you live in a very oppressive society where you do not have the freedom to have a choice of where to live like Cuba, North Korea, China, etc.
Since I am biased to my country, the USA, I think it is the best. If I did not think so I would move somewhere else.
