You better believe I am afraid of dieing!! Sometime so much that I shake and I start crying. I almost fainted once because of thinking about it. What if you are still thinking when you are burried 6 feet under, and you get clausterphobia???
Now I'm not going to be able to sleep good tonight. I am not kidding!

I am afraid of dying, but only when I think about it. When I do I think about it death it scares me because I have plans of doing certain things that I hope I will have the time to do. At the same time, life is hard because if we do not live the right way, or the way we want to, in the end when death does come, we will have no time left to do or change any of it. That is why we must remember that life is short and we should do what we will not regret now so that when death does come, we did what we wanted in our lives and maybe we will pass away with a good feeling of a good life well lived. I am afraid of living because we are human and we are here to make mistakes and learn form them, but the pain that we suffer from through living is so hard sometimes. But if we did not suffer, we would not experience all of the good in this life. Anyone would choose life rather than death, otherwise they would not still be living right now, even after all the curve balls we were given in our lives. Make the best of it right now.

Living- because the situations that comes around the causes you make, you get tensions and problems that you wish you might want to get away from and this means death. Think again, it's a neither because being in one of these situation means everything in life and everyone have to encounter at some point. Now say that you are dead, what do u expect but more torture and consequences where ever you are-you never know. but the main thing is, whatever that is forgotten is forgotten and nothing is left behind but a birthmark meaning you are born again .

Death. When I sit down and think about it, all I think about is the fact that when I die...... I will NEVER EVER be here again. And this world will go on and on. It's like all you live for and all you do won't matter in the end. I just hope that there really is a heaven out there so I can go on living after I die... but we'll never know until that sad day.

Life sucks and it is only a little while so there had better be heaven or else we are all screwed no matter how long we live or how happy we are. Therefore I don't fear death if I am doing the right thing.

Neither, I think I'm afraid of the way I lived and the way I'd die. I'm afraid that I haven't made the right choices in life and I'm afraid of how my life will end.

Both. I have come close to dying. I was in a horrible car crash and had eight strokes. For three days it was touch and go. I had to be tied down and drugged because people with head injuries can get very violent. It was like being knocked out for a month. I don't remember the crash or things people said to me or things I did. I talked to my dead grandmother. I told my mother that she was in the corner of the room. I kept asking her if she wanted my food because she wasn't eating. So there wasn't anything scary about it. I wasn't in pain even though I tore my spleen, my liver, had a bad concusion, bruised my heart, partially collapsed my lung, bruised my hips, cut my ear, and then had the strokes and out of those, three were good sized. I was on morphene. That was to keep me in bed because I kept trying to escape. I thought I was in the mental hospital. I was tied down. It's harder to live. But I have a good out look on my life even though I am in pain every day. I have been in another crash since. Two crashes in five years is scary. I can hardly see or walk. People who want to commit suicide make me laugh because it's easy to just lay there and die. It's hard to live. I dare people to live! I was once a very vain woman. Very pretty and now I have to deal with stares from the way I walk and cock my head because I can't see. I'm still pretty. I just don't let it go to my head anymore. I sometimes use a wheelchair. It was harder to deal with in the beginning when I wasn't able to drive anymore or work. To lose both was hard. but you cope. Life is scary.

Being a Christian, I can say that I want to be afraid of neither...but in truth, I am highly afraid of both. Life, because I am constantly worrying about letting people down, and Death, because I wonder and pray that I did what God wanted me to do in life to make it to heaven.

Life is infiinitely scarier. We are always on stage, desperately trying to remember our lines, our entrances, our exits, and hoping we don't screw up too badly.

In death, we become a part of the passive audience enjoying (and often lamenting) the farce taking place on stage.
