That would be the Honda VFR800 Interceptor. It's a pretty nice sport touring bike, not an all out sport bike like a CBR. Probably not a bad choice if you've got some decent experience riding cruisers or other bikes.

If this is your first bike, though, I'd recommend starting with one that has 50 hp or less, which would rule out the VFR (and nearly all 600 cc sport bikes too). I know that may not seem like much, but given how little a sport bike weighs, that much power will still be able to keep up with a Corvette off the line. A 500 or 250 cc sport bike is great for learning, and it will still have enough power to get on the freeway once you're ready to ride there.

By starting with a forgiving and predictable bike, you'll have a much easier time mastering the controls. When you first start out riding, it's going to take weeks to get the hang of the clutch and getting to the point where you can shift gears without having to consciously think of how the gearshift operates, and a long time to get really good at it. It's much easier to do that on a bike that won't punish the wrong reactions by doing a sudden wheelie, or locking up the brakes in mid-corner.

Its been a couple years since a worked for a Honda dealership. but, as I recall it was only the VFR800 that had it. However, it added nothing special, just more complicated and expensive to work on. The opinion of most of the magazines when it first came out was that they should have just done without it and went with a bigger engine. Go with the CBR Hondas less money, less weight, better looking, and more performance.
