How can I find 1-2 acres to buy w/owner held contract in Mt. Vernon ,WA. area?

Have modern 38' motor home w/slideout to move on with for starters. Wife and I want to build shop and then home. Have good full time local jobs. Willing to work for land owner as part of obligation. Have very good work and personal references. Honest, small town, nieghborly,couple looking for a place to call home and work towards our goals.

hard to find someone that will owner finance..
maybe a rent with possible to own in future..
try the paper..
