I think it's absolutely gorgeous, shows a great flair for their own appearance. More men should wear eyeliner!

In this day and age, eyeliner on a guy is nothing. Some guys actually look better with make-up (just like some women).
I'd talk to him and get to know him as a person. If he's an a**hole, the makeup isn't going to change that. Same if he turns out to be a sweetheart!

It depends on the guy, and the relationship i have with that type of person, if it was an old friend of mine that had done it, i might scoff at him and be a little weirded out by how he changed his appearance, but i would not change how i act around him. But if it was someone i did not know i just assume that the boy has too much time on his hands or he is really weird.

A guy wearing Eyeliner screams to the world "Yeah, so what if I'm wearing makeup. So what if I had to elbow my way past two fourteen year old girls to get it. I am cool"
Guys in makeup are creepy.

Depending on his overall style.
Scene boys look hot in eyeliner. Tennis playing, Ralph Lauren wearing boys do not.
(Scene as in the subcultures emo, goth, punk, rockabilly, etc)

In Japan that's pretty normal. All guys trim their eyebrows and use foundation. I woudn't be surprised to see a guy with eyeliner on as long as he makes it look natural.

I think men look hot in eyeliner personally. Is this your son or something? It's not really that uncommon, especially if he is into punk, rock, or emo music.

Depends what he was wearing and how scary he looked.
I've seen Usher wear some and I've seen Marilyn Manson wear some, too.
I'm scared of MM and not Usher.

i would talk to him......it doesnt matter if they r wearin eyeliner! i think eyeliner is hot on SOME guys!
