My period is late (up to day 32) but my cycle can at times be a bit longer than 28 days. I took a test last Friday (neg) but this may have been too early. Last week I was tired and a bit 'crampy', but I am feeling fine now... Has anyone else found out they were pregnant after their period was late, but had experienced no other symptoms in the first few weeks? I will take another test in the morning, praying for the best.

You definately could still be pregnant with no symptoms. Everyone is different and has totally different sypmtoms. I didn't have any symptoms at all until 8 weeks and I have a friend who didn't get any at all. Unless you are taking your temperature everyday to show ovulation or using ovulation predictors test it is impossilbe to know exactly when you ovulated. Wihtout knowing the exaxt day of ovulation it is impossible to know when a test would be reliable. Take another test with first morning urine and good luck!!!

Yes, you can. I just recently became pregnant myself (I'm at 11 weeks right now). I took a pregnancy test about 4 days after my period was due and it came out negative. I figured my period was just coming late or missed, since I had been backpacking abroad and had perhaps upset my cycle. I had no symptoms, except sore breasts, which i ALWAYS have before my period. It wasn't until my aerobics instructor told me I looked pregnant (bigger breasts) that I thought it was time to test again. And it came out ++ finally after 8 days after my period was due!

Nausea did not come into play until at about 8 weeks for me, so it is very possible not to have symptoms or a + test until a week or so after your missed period. Make sure you don't drink water for a few hours before taking the test, because it can dilute your urine and affect your results-- I think because I drink SO much water at night, this may have impacted my results, even the next morning urine.

Best of luck!

I am 5 weeks and one day pregnant, and I am not vomiting yet. It is a little alarming to me that I am not experienceing this... but some people say be lucky that you aren't. So basiccally it changes from all women... some don't start until 6 months, so start as early as 4 weeks.

My first, a girl...was mild morning sickness. But, with my second pregnancy, I felt like I was getting my period....but not a bad one. Ya know, kind of crampy but not really. I am very regular, so I took a test the day I missed. I was pg. I had no morning sickness. Not one thing. No sore breast, No puking. Nada. It was a delightful 1st trimester. I had a boy. My 3rd pregnancy, I was sick for the first 16 wks. Another boy.

Yes you could be. It is hard to tell. To know for sure you should contact your doctor. Start taking vitamins and ensure that the baby's health is at an all time high. Hope this helps you.
