Who cares if its soon it just must mean he likes you. My advice to you is give his mother a little compliment when the time comes may i suggest something like "the floral ensemble is magnificent".

Don't read too much into it. You've only been going with him for two weeks and he probably invited you because you'd be alone on Thanksgiving. Just accept it as a Thanksgiving dinner and thank him for being a good friend. Thank your hostess, too.
Members of my family have a similar habit of inviting those who are alone for the holiday. We'd bring home one or two. Dad brought home whole families.

If u plan to be with the guy, sooner or later you would have to meet his parents, so wad the heck, just go.
Be cautious and nice when you are there, but not scared, 'cos his parents may just think that you are not confident/honest. Just smile alot and give generally 'politically-correct' answers during your conversations. If they ask something that you are too shy to answer, but it's about your relationship, just look at your boyfriend and smile, look innocent and ask him 'what do you think?' or something like that. (hehehe, let him be the one to take responsibility, haha)
When you go, dress in warm tones and wear cloths that do not reveal too much, give a generally pleasant and kind feeling, not like 'i am very pretty' feeling.
During dinner, put more of your attention on his parents, so that they feel respected. Just as much as you show that you care for your boyfriend, also show concern for his parents. Try not to be too quiet when they ask you questions, cos it will be a weird atmosphere.
Before going, you can ask about the following from your boyfriend and do some preparations:
1. How many people will be at the dinner
2. Any gifts that you can buy for his parents (if u intend to bring something edible , bring things like fruits, but not cooked food, or anything that his parents may interpret as their cooking is not good enough. while u are at that, at dinner, try not to add extra seasoning to your food.)
3. Ask if his parents would like you to go help out with preparations of dinner.
4. If there are little children over at his parents house, 'bribe' them with a toy or gift when u go there, it will make u look friendly with kids.
5. Ask if his family usually chat during dinner or after that... ( so as not to appear as over talkative at the wrong times)
6. Remember your dinning ettiqutes.
Hmm, well, overall, just remember that the dinner is NOT a time for you to show them that you are in love with your boyfriend, but it is more of a time for them to get to know you and for you to make a pleasant and rememberable connection with his family.
In times when you fret, just remember to smile.

Unlesss you are exclusive to one another you shouldn't even consider it. It's only been two weeks though. Meeting anothers family is a bigger step than you think in a relationship. It's like getting a ring.

Don't you want to know more about him? If you don't go, you'd stand 100% chance of not knowing whether they'd like you. That's kind of more scary. Face your fear, you will grow stronger (and it might turn up to be a great experience).

Just go and be yourself. They're just people, nothing to be afraid of. If he starts to get too serious after that, having gone to dinner at his parents won't change anything, you can still stop seeing him if you need to. What have you got to lose?

Hey, he's probably quite sure that they'll love you and you'll love them that he can't wait to get you guys to meet.
He's not exactly going to ask you if there's an issue there is he?
Don't turn him down 'cos that just starts a load of issues, just be yourself and have fun.
