Do the transfer if online both cards are from the same bank. Otherwise, just withdraw the money at an ATM and make the payments or ask support service for help.

your username suits you. you are a zero. EDIT: It is difficult to take you seriously if you state something like 'F*CK YOU!! YOUR CARD NO WORK HERE!!' and 'Or do I just still have bad karma from that time I ate that baby??' You do sound retarded when you write stuff like that. Anyway, having no balance in your bank account is not related to the fact the you can't link your card as a payment method online. When you register your card, you are not making a payment and the site cannot identify your balance on your debit card. Only when you try to make a payment it can be rejected because you have no balance. The reason why you can't register your card (if your question is genuine) must be a different one.
