They eat tofurky...it's turkey made out of tofu. Seriously. And fruits, vegetables and all that stuff.

I hadn't thought about vegetarians eating on thanksgiving but I assume they just skip the turkey

Well obviously they just skip the turkey or any other meat. It's really not that hard you just pass on the plate of bird to the person next to you.

My daughter gets just as stuffed as everyone else. She fills up on all the sides and desserts.
