They're both beautiful, but I vote for Noah Zane. Every baby Cameron I've met in the past year has been a girl (usually spelled Camryn).
I am biased, btw. My baby boy is Noah Harrison. :)

I like Cameron better as a first name. Not big on the adam. How about Cameron Zane? Noah is so over done now a days that I just get tired of hearing it

I like the name Cameron, but not with the name Adam. I think Noah Zane has a nicer sound.

Keep in mind that this child will eventually be a grown man....what do you like for an old guy? Cameron Adam or Noah Zane?
Be mindful of nicknames like Cammie or Ron Ron....and I'd think the teenage boys would tear him apart if they found out he had a middle name of Zane...insane....Zannie....It's hard but try to think of how his name is going to fit in with the guys....so he doesn't spend his life defending it.....
See how everyone thinks they're cute? How can you have a cute name at 16, 26, 36, etc....
