Ok, so people say they see spirits. I dont believe them. i jsut think that whoever sees these spirits are paranoid, like they think so much about them that they see them, sort of like the placebo effect. then i heard that if you do not believe in them, you will never see them. so, is my theory right? like is just in people's imaginations, or are they real and im jsut not a believer? what do u think?

How can you explain different people having the same experiences in certain places even when they do not always know of a supposed "haunted"

Yes they are real. Most spirits that are coexisting with the living are there for protection. They may do things in the beginning to get your attention like moving things out of place or even taking jewlery while you sleep. They mean no harm they just want to be acknowleged. Once this has been done they just kind of hang out and keep things on an even level.
There are different types of spirits but most will not manifest themselves to us. You need not be a believer to see or to feel a presence. Don't think to hard about it. Many spirits are caught here as they cannot find thier way home. Many others choose to stay close to the ones they loved before and others just haven't been reborn to thier new lifes.
There is no right or wrong here. Belief is having faith in something that cannot be seen, touched, tasted or even unexplained. You are no wrong to feel the way you do. You sound as though you want to believe so at least you are not closed to the idea.
Here is a little test you can take for yourself. Sounds silly but it works. Close your eyes and think of a type of currency that you have never seen before. If you have a picture come into your mind then you can probably determine your past life era. If not, you may be a young spirit who has just begun the cycle of life. We are all spirits living in the here and now.

TO BELIEVE OR NOT TO BELIEVE...that is the question wondered about by so many people.

To believe is a leap of faith. To doubt is easy, for how can anyone prove what cannot be seen?! If you say you have pains in your foot and I cannot see them...does that make me a disbeliever, you a liar? Of course not. I have to take your word for it.....but then, you could be a hypochondriac! See what I mean?

Esoteric things are like puffs of smoke, or a wiff of a breeze. There, and then gone in an instant. Of course, those things can be measured. But the pain in your foot is still debatable.

Seeing the spirit is not really necessary. I talk to spirits frequently. I know, sometimes, people do not believe me. That's OK, for I know what the spirits say. They give me advice, help me find things, and sometimes they help me understand why some things are happening.

I'm thankful for their presence in my life. In a way it's easier to greet each day, because I know they are there with me.

As far as your theory...I don't know if you've ever read the bible, but the apostle Paul was not only a disbeliever, he was a persecutor of the followers of Jesus. He's the one who was blinded on the road, and he heard a voice asking Saul (that was his name at the time), Saul, why do you persecute my followers? (my interpretation) Anyway, the story is long and I won't go into it here. The end of it is that Saul eventually got his sight back, his name was changed to Paul and he went about praising the Master, Jesus, and greatly helped the Church of that day.

That IS somewhat preposterous. But if it had happened to you, you'd probably believe it. Blessed are those who have not seen the Light, or a miracle, and yet they believe.

Someday you may be the believer and not the doubter. You'll wonder why people cannot feel the love of God you sense. But pity them and pray for them..........Thanks for the question.

I believe they are real because so far science can't find anyway for the universe to have come into existence without something above matter and energy. Like spirits. If you would like to know more about this I highly recommend this book "Case for a Creator" it is very good and shows all the problems with outdated Darwinism theories along with others from top scientists.

i think your just not a the point, that it would mean something to you, to see a spirit that had something useful to convey, or of a loved one who had passed on, then of course there are unhappy spirits out there, who you dont want to see/encounter ,,,,all i can say, is if you want to open your heart to see, light a candle, and then ask for settled spirits to appear, see what you get, but your right, if you dont believe, you wont see, just like if you dont believe in love, you wont find love etc

Lady, calm down. Of course they exist. Where do you think you go at night when you sleep? You dont really have to believe in them so much as wishing them well. Help them move on.

i assumed whilst i became a newborn, then I have been given older and refused to have self assurance. Then I moved right into a haunted townhouse. We tried each and every thing to make certain a existence like rationalization for what became occurring. yet then the sliding glass door lock unlocked on it rather is very own then slid open, we gave up. Then we moved. I do ought to assert, I stay in South Carolina, the place I grew up. The townhouse became in Pennsylvania. There look extra hauntings up there than down right here. I remember going to artwork and asserting, "i think of my house is ... nicely haunted." My coworkers all shrugged, "Yeah nicely, connect the club. My kitchen cabinets won't stay closed and a few asshole lifeless guy retains stomping up and down my stairs."
