I don't think so. Not for the immediate future at least.

The cost of an Xbox 360 is at US$323.30 and it is currently retailed at US$399. Which means that Microsoft is making a small income from the sale of the console.

Compare that to PS3, the console cost US$805.85 for the model with a 20GB hard drive, excluding the cost of the controller, cables and packaging. Sony is taking a loss of $306.85 on each console it sells.

With such great differential between 360 and its biggest rival, I don't think the price will drop anytime soon. Wii is not a big treat to 360. 360 does have room for reducing the price but not so soon.

probable no longer. the call for of the nintendo wii continues to be extremely extreme so they are not gonna decrease the value every time quickly and threat dropping earnings. The wii is only like the iPod: their fees do no longer probably substitute that plenty and there are not often sales. possibly you should get the wii somewhat extra reasonably-priced by utilising some money at distinctive places (i.e. Costco, Walmart, and so on) yet thats probable it. until something extra suitable than the wii comes out, or a extra recent kind of the wii comes out, the value probable would not drop.
