OK, I know that this is little info, but I need help. I want a song on my iPod, but I don't know its name!

In the chorus it keeps repeating something like "Baby, you'll think of me...." and then in the second part of the chorus it goes, "And how I used to be!" I don't know the song, I'm trying to remember it. If you can help me with its name, and maybe even some other parts to it, that would be great! Thank you!
