Its 20 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from beautiful countryside and 15 minutes from the beach. Oh yea, and you actually CAN leave your door open in my street, cos Mad Ian across the road shoots strangers on sight!!

Its mallow and cozy....there are limited privated houses around our area, not more than 50 on top of a hill (filled with pine trees) with the view of golf course and beach, when the first time i visited this area, i simply fell in love with it, there and then i knew my house shld be here....the estate is well made and well maintained, my neighbours are either parliament members or business conglomarates....the weather here in Western Australia, Perth is just incredible in Spring, winter and Autumn (Perfectooo)....well (one thing sucks) in summers, it gets up to 49 degrees celcius but normally i m back to California during Australian summer.
On the whole, there is no better place than Perth, WA-if you like a mallow and cozy place with unlimited nature views.

I live in the country on the outer edge of a fairly small town so it's reasonably safe...can't stand city living. Also like the change of seasons where I live...wouldn't like hot or cold weather all year round.

The mountains, winding roads, lakes, snowfall and leaves changing colors...there's just so much that I love about Colorado. Bonus points go out for the weather and climate though. It's because of them that I can ride my motorcycle year 'round. ;)
