how do i create a pic not for yahoo or anything but for my pic beside my name that says bugerbutt(unforetunely)........ (my grandpa put that there) lol well tell me help!!!!!!!!!!1

Windows has a paint program. Open it and open a file, chose your picture from whichever folder it is in, load or open it and use the fonts to add the words.....Have fun with paint, it is a great free program.
