That depends... What's your idea of a 13th party?

Well, you could have a typical b-day party at Pizza Time or something. But the budget is $100 and it doesn't seem you can do much with it.

Why don't you have kind of a "formal" dinner party? The kinds where the napkins are folded, the table cloth is elegant, the food is nice and warm near the table; and the chairs are comfortable...

It's up to you, but if you want to do something fun, party at the skating rink or bowling alley.

You can have a sleepover after the party is done. Have a blast!

Well, you want to save the really big parties for your 16th and 21st birthdays. What my friends and I do at all of our parties is usually go into town and by a few things in town, eat out, and chill. Then we head back to who's ever house we are staying at and we usually play a couple games. Like a classic is "Never have I ever" where you all have a cup or ten fingers up and you say something you haven't done, then if someone else has, they put a finger down or take a drink. umm, we also play card games, and other lame things like that. Then we rent a good movie, and then a horror movie, and while watching that, we have some food to munch on, mostly chips and crackers with easy cheese! And then we stay up and talk it out. That's what me and my friends do though. Good luck, hope the ideas were helpful.

Don't get too nervous about your 13th birthday party. If you go all out now, you won't be satisfied for you 16th, and that one will be a blast!
Anywho, I think that you should ask your friends to bring some movies that they like (and you don't have). Taboo and Charades keeps the guests entertained for a while. For food, I suggest pizza, chips, and some soda.
If you have a sleepover, you will have a lot of time to do other things like makeovers and truth and dare.
Make sure to pay attention to every guest, and don't ignore one flat out. With one person unhappy and ignored, the whole party can go down with them.
I hope you have a great 13th, and I wish you happiness to come!

Well, you could always do a limo party-where you take 5-10 of your friends and rent a limo to take you into the city, or you could invite all the girls over and have a big slumber party-you could start it on a Saturday at like 4, rent a moonbounce, and eat food and hang out, that's what I'd do. You could have someone DJ it! Have fun, and good luck!

This is a classic, have everyone bring sleeping bags or use a few of the largest comforters and pillows you have, have a lot of popcorn and watch a whole bunch of girly movies like mean girls, or you could watch a really really really funny movie like the benchwarmers or napolean dynamite or nacho libre or watch them all!

During your sleepover play some cardgames!

Sometimes with my friends, I play the "Would you Rather?" game! It's really fun. All you do is say 2 diffucult situatuations where you gotta pick one of the other. Only one though.

EX. Would you rather eat your dog or go to jail for one year?
