put the bird in your bathtub in cool water overnite...that's how my mom did it over the years...do NOT use warm water, you want to keep the turkey from exceeding 40 degrees during thawing...if it goes higher, you run the risk of contaminating it. I learned that by working in the food service industry since 1995

put the turkey in the frig , go to bed, get up at 6 am, fill the sink with cold water, place turkey in sink, let sit 30 minutes, drain sink, refill sink, let sit 30 minutes, repeat until turkey is thawed and then cook right away.
never thaw a turkey in warm water , or leave out at room temp overnight unless you want everyone to get sick.
be sure to remove the giblet pack

Well, first of all take it out of the freezer! If it's still in the wrapper, put it in the sink and run warm water over it. Leave it out over night. Tomorrow morning you could try to thaw it out by keeping it on the lowest temp in your oven until it's thawed. Good luck! I hope it turns out well. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Leave it outside the fridge for about 30 mins before thawing it, okay?

You have got a problem. Put it in warm water, but it won't probably be thawed out before your need to cook it. Dinner won't be ready before four pm. Good luck. You waited too long. Micorwave it? Order out. Tee hee.
