If you want girl names or boy names, try picking a name that adds both you and the fathers heritage. Example: my husband and I's nationalities are so different, that we wanted something we both thought our baby would feel special by even though she's mixed. He's black, I'm white. But since we both have Indian in us, we picked Cheyenne, which is originated from the Indian culture, but spelled it Shyan so it would be uniquely our daughter's own name. You can pick a "normal" name and add another letter or change the spelling and make it your own. They also have baby name websites that you can find a meaning, and then find a name attached to it. It's really cool! If I find it in my favorites, I'll post it to you. Hope that helped even if I didn't give you any names, just some ideas :) Good luck!! Baby names are fun to find!

Hi there!! I am an old fashioned first time mom, I am 29yo and still think that the best way to go is what they used to do before, name the baby after someone who means a lot for you and someone you want the baby to be like. We are naming our baby after my husband's grandpa, he has been such an inspiration for us and he loves us so much, papaw has been like a father for both of us and we are so proud of naming the baby after him. How about considering something like that? I don't know just a though! good luck finding a name for your little angel.

Do classic and timeless. No one takes odd names seriously. Do you think we will ever have a President named Dakota?
Check out the baby name book--Baby Name Wizard. It's not overwhelming with names, but gives great nick names, categories, brother sister names....etc.
