You need to go to my computer, then to the control panel, then to the performance and maintenance and performance. Then click on the system icon. Almost at the bottom of the page it will tell you what kind of processor you have, such as 2.9 ghz and beside that it should say something like 512 mb of ram. There you go, I hope I really helped.

From your "start" menu, click on "programs" then "accessories" and on it's menu, click on "command prompt". It will take you to dos. At the prompt, type the word "dir" and hit enter. It will show you all of the folders and files in that area and at the bottom of the page, you'll see the amount of free space you have left. Then simply type "exit" and hit "enter" to get back to Windows. Larry RadioShack 01-9590
