id stay in the healthy amount, im just so fed up with this sweating business

Fluids do not make you sweat.When you sweat you are losing salt and can become dehydrated.Go to see a doctor.Pediolite for children can help with the dehydration,and so can gatorade.

If you want to drink less, drink less sodas and drinks high in surger content (unless there natural juices)
you should drink alot of watter a day (your body weight devided by two) will tell you how many ounces a day you need.

Iike ^ said, sweating gets rid of toxins in the body so its not nessisarly a bad thing, wear an undershirt and deoterant.

It sucks sweating alot, I do too sometimes, but such is life.

NO! It is healthy to drink lots of fluids. If you are sweating, it is your body's way of ridding itself of toxins and also cooling itself. If you stop drinking lots of liquid, it could be detrimental. Do NOT drink less fluids. You are doing a good think by drinking a lot!!!

you should keep drinking fluids to stay healthy, and your sweating is your body try to cool so still cool, if you are worry about execssive sweating see a doctor

No. If you drank too much water you would be urinating a lot, not sweating a lot.
