I would say Walmart because they carry alot of different products and brands, as for the 99 cent store, they are limited in their brands.

I don't like wal-mart, but I would definitely choose that over a 99 cents store

Personally, I think Wal-mart is better, in every way. The 99 cents store is fine for really, really cheap items.

Niether. Both encourage slave labor in countries that are killing the earth with pollution, junk that breaks right away and adds to our landfills or ocean dumping, and responsible for the loss of factory jobs in this country.
