Oatmeal is GREAT for your skin! I use it on clients of all skin types and they love it. If you'll take regular oats and put them in the food processor and process for just a moment so they're not quite as large. Mix with a table spoon of honey and enough warm water to make a paste. Use this mixture as an exfoliant OR lay some gauze over your face and put this oatmeal mixture on top of the gauze and let it stay there for 15 minutes. To remove, just lift the gauze when the time is up. The oat mixture will produce a milky liquid while it's sitting on your skin. Rub this milky substance into your skin for some great hydration and your skin will glow!

Asolutely, except around the eyes, you should use tapioca there to avoid the lower lids from drawing too tightly. Also, forget the old wives tale that peanut butter will dissolve ear wax, use only mayonnaise for that, and NOT the lowfat kind. One more tip most people don't know is that a pinch of alum between the lips and gums will give you all the fullness you want in just minutes. You can get it at the canning supplies in the supermarket. Olive oil is a very good hair conditioner, put it on an hour before showering. Oh and heres a good one too, egg whites make excellent sex lube. I think it's great that young people are returning to the natural ways.

If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure Oatmeal is a drying agent. I know it's used to soothe the skin also.

I think it's used in soaps as a natural scrubby kind of part. It would make your skin soft the same way a facial scrub would.
