I have a headache between my eyes, and my ears feel a little blocked. My nose is a little hard to breathe through, but it's not stuffy. I also have what feels like bruises if i push on it on my lower temple.

My nose doesn't really run unless im out in the cold weather, which i think it would do sinus infection or not.

Well, I feel like I have to cough up mucus after I eat something for about a half hour.. but it's not enough to cough anything up. I can just cough to clear my throat, u know?

And my nose isn't running or anything though.

Well, I have a fever right now, low grade. I have been getting headaches between my eyes and the lower back of my head for the past week.

Sounds like a typical sinus infection.
Warm moist heat packs on your face will help relieve the pressure and help with the headaches.
Depending on the severity of the infection will determine what course of action to take.
Since you are running a low grade temp. I would suggest you see a Dr who will prescribe the antibiotic you need.
Color of your nasal mucos will be an indicator as well.
The clearer the mucos, the better off you are.
The yellower or greener that color is,the worse the problem.
Often times this infection can allow you to smell the infection and can give you mouth odor.
Because your eyes, ears and nose are connected, excessive blowing and ear popping can spread your infection so watch what you do where this is concerned.

I had a dentist do this to help determine if it was sinus infection or not. This actually worked!!!

Plug your nose and keep your mouth shut like when your popping your ears
While doing the first step dip at the waist 3 or 4 times
When you stand back up and you noticed a difference in your sinus cavity it's probably a sinus infection

A lot of sinus infections have to be treated with antibiotics depending on the severity of the infection. OTC sinus medications may help with the blockage.
