i think we should have a federal europe,as it would be better in competing with the likes of america and china in the economic sense

Why Fereral Europe only?It can be Federal World.With the fall USSR,there is only one super powe ie,USA.It looks law and order and interventons all over the world.US economic policies decide even China's policies.USA has become the head of the world.With little competition form anty other country,USA can be made head of the world and UN can be converted into World Govt in a Federal Set up.It will esablish world peace and nuclear dis armament. I do not belong to USA but it may be difficult foir other European countries to accept the US domination,But it is true.See Uk ,what its state of affairs.Infact it has become a state of USA.Tony Blair has to do what USA says.
