No. Einstein's theory of relativity is commonly misinterpreted by non-scientists as "proof" that time travel is possible. However, Einstein's theory states that time & perception of time travels relative to your location and your surroundings.
Thus, if you are moving in an extremely fast velocity, atoms will move much slower (time will move forward slower).

This does NOT mean that you can travel back and forth in time. Time is NOT a linear dimension in which we can move up and down. Time in the non-scientific laymen's sense is really just a "perception" and invented by people.

Yes, as some have noted, time travel is only possible in conjunction with spacial travel.

Also, if you built a machine to travel back in time, you would also have to make the machine travel in space in order to compensate for the Earth's movement in that time. Otherwise, just going back a day would put you a million miles away from the Earth.

No, we can never travel back in time. The past is the past. We are always traveling into the future. Every second that goes by is the future.

Reverse time travel is impossible, but believe it or not, forward is 100 % possible. Then an object reaches an extremely high speed, near the speed of light, Time around it will go slower and the object willgo forward in time faster than everythng else. Astronauts in the space shuttle also travel throught time, but because their speed is only a tini fraction of the speed of light, their time travel is nearly unnoticed.

Time travel will never come to be.
The universe would be crawling with visitors from the past and from the future!

Yes. I once travelled 4 hours into the future. It took me only 240 minutes!

My answer to this question comes from many years of the study of the Bible. I believe that no man knows the future unless it is revealed by the Lord. If one was to study His word you would not only find that what has happened in history, is logical and can be verified by archeloligists, but what will happen in the future can be verified also by His word.. Some things that happened in the past, gives us a glimps of what will happen in the future. Some things that will happen in the future have already been revealed by God and will take place according to His word. So why travel in time when God has already let us know the future.

No, otherwise we would already know about the people who have traveled back here from the future.
