I guess that would depend on your definiton of 'magic'. Parlor tricks and slight of hand, I can't say I beleive that type of thing is real. I do, however, beleive in true miracles, and mysterious happenings often considered as 'magical.' I don't really beleive in spells (of the recently made variety anyway), but I do trust in most ancient religions' beleifs and practices...and those often involved some form of magic. Asking if a person beleives in magic is like asking if they beleive in Santa Clause, don't you think? Yes, there was a St. Nicholas, and he was a wonderful person...I trust in HIS beleifs, and know he was once alive, but I don't beleive that the modern day version of him lives at the North Pole and wears a red suite, climbing down chimneys once a year to deliver goodies to all the good boys and girls. ( I beleive in what 'santa' represents, but not the modern day figure.) The same goes for true magic. It's very much here, and very much real..... but the new versions are slightly over-rated and don't really exist but are nice to think about.
This is my own personal beleif, and not meant to offend anyone or upset them. If my beleif and opinion is opposite of your own, I'm not aplogizing for that, but I am apologizing to anyone reading this who did take offense or get upset by my being completely honest and voicing my personal opinion.

Oh yes. I am a priestess of the great goddess, Isis, and I know that magic is real because I have seen it on many occasions. It is the spark of matter meeting supramatter.

i LOVE stuff like this! who wouldn't believe in magic. sometimes, things have to go unexplained, or there would be no fun in guessing, or just plain wondering about it! the more you believe, the better chance it has of being real! thats wat i always say!
