I've prayed and asked God to help me forgive Michael Richards for making the statement "Fifty years ago we'd have you upside down with a f***ing fork up your ***." I simply cannot. But I feel helpless to do anything that would truly send a message that this was completely wrong. I want to organize a boycott to hit someone in the pockets until Michael Richards offers a sincere apology and truly feels the pain and anger he has caused.

Seinfeld is, of course, in syndication now. Should I organize a boycott of the companies that advertise on the shows, a boycott of the stations that show Seinfeld or something else.

I know this is throwing the baby out with the bathwater, but I don't see anyway to boycott Michael Richards directly and effectively.

A. Responding to people like this only gives them power.
B. It isnt your job to forgive or not forgive Kramer. First of all, you don't even know him, and besides, that's god's job
C. Why would you try to punish the other actors, writers, etc . . . for the bad behavior of Michael Richards?
D. Seinfeld is over, and the repeats are immensely popular, so there is probably nothing you can do
E. In this country, we have been given the freedom of speech. In order for you and I to be able to say the things that WE want to, we must also, sadly at times, allow all others to say the things that they want to say, even if we dont agree with them. It's not freedom of the speech we agree with, its freedom of speech, period.
F. If you have to force someone to apologize, its not a real apology anyway. My thought is that he wouldnt have said those things if he didnt mean them in the first place, so any apology at this point would be insincere.
G. The man is a washed up actor. What he thinks doesnt matter.

You should not, there is no logical reason to do such a thing, he was only one of 4 main cast members on the show, and one of hundreds that worked on it, Aditionally he does not even get royalties for the show, (see link here)http://www.stanthecaddy.com/pact-brings-peace-to-the-seinfeld-cast.html. Hundreds of people work on most every show, it is likely that at least a few racists are involved in every show on television. Guess you will have to just Boycott tv as a whole. A boycott of seinfeld sends the wrong messege and only punishes people that were not involved in his terrible actions, if you are just looking for something to do in your spare time, try reading a book, just make sure none of the hundreds working for the publisher are racists first.

No. The tutor hasn't even completed any new episodes for basically approximately 10 years and the different 3 actors interior the tutor have actually no longer something to do with the crass insensitive comments made by Richards. i can understand cancelling any destiny Richards upward thrust up shows, yet i do no longer see the element in pulling Seinfeld.

Richards should never have said those things, but he was NOT unprovoked the man was rude to Richards and to everyone else in the place NO one asked him to be a asshole but he was, if it had been a reverse situation none of this would even be important.

Why boycott Seinfeld? It was one person out of a cast of 4 people.. I don't care for his racist remark, but a boycott is unnecessary.

What he said was wrong, but this bringing it up again and again is tedious.

Seinfeld shouldn't be punished for what Richards did, don't worry I'm sure he is feeling the pain. His career is definitely toast.

He's apologized. If you can't forgive him, then there's something wrong with YOU.

Why is everyone so touchy and ready to get upset so fast. It's like people stand around just waiting to get offended so they can jump up and down and cry.
