That depends on whether it's an African or a European swallow. :)
In all seriousness, it could not carry a coconut. Swallows weigh about 12 ounces on average...coconuts typically weigh around one pound (16 ounces). The coconut would be too heavy.

A group of trained African swallows could carry a coconut if they cooperated and all carried it at the same time.
Otherwise I agree with the other answers that it would be too heavy.
European swallows are too dumb to train this way.
