Don't think so, I think you got that idea from its healing properties that are associated first of all with speeding up your metabolilsm. It also helps to boost your immune system so in that respect, a healthy immune system would help a cut heal faster but as far as applying it directly to the cut the only thing that'll happen is MORE pain and irritation which could make it really bad. Ok, this is going to sound really weird but being a good bit Native American I have learned a lot! Clean the cut with some Aloe Gel and dress it with spiders web. The web has natural anti-biotic properties. Yeah, I know I sound like a nut case! Cayenne is good for a lot of things, like arthritis, but NOT on open wounds! It would hurt like hell!

No, and don't use super glue. It's the wrong formula. The stuff you and I can buy is caustic. Use a bandaid and be done with it. Conventional wisdom.
