Learn to be your own best friend. Cultivate gratitude, always look for reasons to be grateful. Let go of assumptions that we always have to be with other people, that we need a special romantic relationship in order to be happy, etc.

Loneliness is a state of mind. You can be in a room full of people and feel lonely while you can be alone and feel content.

It is normal and there is nothing wrong with you feeling this way. You will learn to overcome it eventually but its not going to happen overnight.

Try to keep your mind occupied with creative ideas, a hobby or join a sports club. The less you think about your loneliness, the less lonely you will feel.

Take care :)

Honey it could be a number of different things . Depending on your age , hormones , PMS , who knows . Other possibilities could be depression ,
or it could be simple loneliness . What ever it is you need to talk to someone and get this out on the table . Do you have a 360 page ? I have made friends on there and am attempting to help some of them and in return it makes me feel needed and loved . I wish you luck , I'm on 360 if you need a friend .

First give your life to Christ. He will never leave you or forsake you. Next learn who you are and learn to like yourself and enjoy your own company. when this happens you will be ready to begin a relationship with another person.
