Hello there, I am a male in my 20's and i have an interesting problem. I have a little bit too big hips... I would like to know what i could do to reduce it and make it in shape.
(I am 5'8, 147Lbs)

147 lbs . 5'8 isnt that bad. maybe do some 20min slow running. or 30-40 min walking everyday. good luck!

yoga would help. I think situps are also good.

Reduce fat diet and drink a lot of water and no cokes
