There aren't any. Downloading music is almost always illegal. Copyright infringement carries big fines. Have a happy thanksgiving.
Added after first part of answer....
and the answer below is 100% correct. etree is not illegal. It specializes in live music shows by bands that encourage taping and trading. This site is recommended. etree.org has lists that you can trade with, bt.etree.org is a bittorrent site for downloading show.
